1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using coriandesigns.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and visitors. AV Design Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with 30 days' advance notice for material changes.

2. Products & Service Description

AV Design Studio operates an online store selling luxury Judaica and home design products made from Corian upcycling. All products are handcrafted and may differ slightly from the images shown due to the unique nature of the material.

Product characteristics:

Made from Corian upcycling® — a premium sustainable material

24-karat gold or silver plating, depending on the product

Each item is unique and handcrafted

Minor differences in shade, texture, and dimensions between items are possible

Product availability:

We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products

Product availability is displayed in real time but may change

If stock runs out after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer alternatives

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason

Order confirmation will be sent to your email within 24 hours

Prices & payment:

Prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law

Payment is processed securely through Cardcom

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bit, PayPal

Up to 12 interest-free installments available (subject to credit company terms)

Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order placement is binding

Discount codes & promotions:

Discount codes can be entered at checkout

Multiple discount codes cannot be combined in a single order

Discount codes cannot be converted to cash

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times:

Israel: 3–7 business days

Europe: 7–14 business days

USA & Canada: 10–21 business days

Rest of world: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs delays, holidays, natural disasters, or courier overload.

Shipping costs:

Israel: Free shipping on orders over ₪350; ₪35 for smaller orders

International: Calculated by destination and weight at checkout

Tracking:

A tracking number will be sent to your email when the order is shipped

Risk of goods passes to you upon delivery to the courier

International customs & taxes:

The customer is responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, and customs fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Right of cancellation:

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Return conditions:

Product must be in original condition, unused, with all tags

Original packaging must be intact

Purchase invoice must be included

Custom-made products are non-returnable

Products damaged due to improper use are non-returnable

Return process:

1. Send a return request to: [email protected]

2. Receive confirmation and shipping label within 2 business days

3. Ship the product within 7 days of receiving confirmation

4. After receipt and inspection — credit within 7–14 business days

Return shipping cost:

If the product is defective or sent in error: we bear the shipping cost

In all other cases: the customer bears the shipping cost

6. Product Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use or negligence

Water damage, scratches, or physical damage

Natural wear from regular use

Damage caused by exposure to chemicals

To make a warranty claim:

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including images, texts, logos, designs, product names, and descriptions, is the exclusive property of AV Design Studio and is protected by Israeli and international copyright laws.

Prohibited:

Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing content without explicit written permission

Using product names, logos, or trademarks for any commercial purpose

Creating derivative works from our content

Permitted:

Sharing links to the website on social media

Using content for personal, non-commercial reviews

8. Limitation of Liability

AV Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Use of or inability to use the website

Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation

Computer viruses, communication line failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order that caused the damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations; in such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Haifa District, Israel.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to court proceedings.
