Data Deletion

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request deletion of your personal information from our systems.

This right is also known as the "Right to be Forgotten." We respect this right and will act on your request as soon as possible.

Important: Data deletion may be limited in cases where we are legally required to retain information (such as accounting records for tax purposes).

Eligible for full deletion:

Retained by law (not immediately deletable):

After the legally required retention period, all data will be deleted.

Step 1 — Submit a request:

Step 2 — Required details:

Step 3 — Identity verification:

After receiving your request, we will send you a verification code to your email to confirm you are the account owner.

Step 4 — Deletion execution:

After identity verification, we will complete the deletion within 14 business days and send you a confirmation.

After data deletion is completed:

Please note: Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you wish to make purchases in the future, you will need to create a new account.

If you used Facebook login, you can also request data deletion directly through Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook > Settings > Apps and Websites

2. Find "Corian Designs" in the list

3. Click "Remove" and select "Delete all activity"

After deleting through Facebook, please also send us a direct request as detailed above.
